Overview
SubsTracker is a lightweight subscription and renewal tracker that runs on Cloudflare Workers with KV storage. You manage subscriptions — domains, memberships, SaaS plans, bills — in a web dashboard, and it reminds you before each one renews or expires through your choice of notification channels. It is designed for personal self-hosting; the documentation is primarily in Chinese.
Key Features
Subscriptions
- Create, edit, enable/disable, clone, and filter subscriptions
- Multiple reminder rules per subscription (for example 7, 3, and 1 days before, plus the day itself)
- Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly cycles, including lunar-calendar schedules and “last day of the month”
- Automatic or manual renewal, with payment history
Notifications
Eleven channels, including Telegram, Bark, ntfy, Gotify, WeCom (WeChat Work), email via Resend, Server酱, PushPlus, NotifyX, WPUSH, and custom webhooks. You can limit sending to specific hours of the day and test each channel from the dashboard.
Observability
- Notification log showing every successful or failed delivery
- Scheduler log explaining why a reminder was sent, deduplicated, or skipped
- A diagnostics page for time-zone and sending-window issues
Spending overview
Multi-currency support with a dashboard that summarizes your subscription spending.
Getting Started
Deploy from the command line (or use the provided GitHub Actions workflow):
git clone https://github.com/wangwangit/SubsTracker.git
cd SubsTracker
npm install
export CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN=your-token
npm run deploy:safe
deploy:safe creates and binds the KV namespace, then deploys the Worker and prints its URL. Sign in with the default credentials, change the password immediately, set your time zone and allowed sending hours, enable at least one notification channel, and add your first subscription.
Good Fit For
- Personal reminders for domain, hosting, and membership renewals
- Keeping an eye on recurring spending
It is not designed for multi-user collaboration or complex approval workflows.
